At Crease Control, we believe that elite goaltending starts with elite movement. Our On-Ice Athleticism sessions are designed to develop the raw physical tools every goalie needs to command the crease — and recover fast.

Why It Matters:
Skating is a goalie’s foundation — but true crease control comes from movement that’s intentional, repeatable, and elite. These sessions teach goalies how to move with purpose, not panic.
Included In Camp:
3 hours of on-ice daily
High-rep goalie drills with video feedback
Movement coaching from top-level instructors
Progressive workload to match age and skill level
